Welcome to Amit Gupta SEO Services, a Delhi NCR-based SEO services provider. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the engagement and use of our SEO and digital marketing services. By signing up for or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • Client refers to the individual, business, or legal entity engaging Amit Gupta SEO Services.

  • Services refers to SEO, On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, Content Marketing, Local SEO, and other digital marketing services provided by us.

  • Agreement means the formal agreement between the client and Amit Gupta SEO Services based on these Terms.

2. Scope of Work

All services will be outlined in a written proposal or scope of work document. Any changes to the project scope must be approved in writing and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

  • All projects require a minimum 100% advance payment.

  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the beginning of each month.

  • Delay in payments beyond 7 days may result in suspension of services without notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to website, hosting, Google Search Console, Analytics, and any necessary third-party tools.

  • Ensure the content and materials provided are original and do not violate any copyrights.

  • Respond to queries and approvals promptly to avoid project delays.

5. Performance Guarantee

While Amit Gupta SEO Services uses best practices to improve rankings and traffic, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or ROI due to the nature of search engine algorithms.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information, including business data, login credentials, and strategic plans, private and not disclose to any third party.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All content created by us during the engagement remains the property of the client once payment is received in full.

  • We reserve the right to showcase the work as part of our portfolio, unless explicitly denied by the client in writing.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice.

  • In case of termination, the client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

  • Refunds are not applicable for completed services or delayed client response.

9. Liability

Amit Gupta SEO Services shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or reputation.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi NCR.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or our website.
